We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Colorado. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees

  • Guest Amenity Fee of $23.00 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • $10.00 per room, per day credit in Citizen Rail
    • Complimentary access to the Colorado Athletic Club Union Station
    • Complimentary access to the Museum of Contemporary Art
    • Complimentary printing services (up to 50 pages)

Digital Check-in & Checkout:

  • Our hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay. Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • Complimentary coffee and tea service is availably daily in the lobby from 6AM - 9AM Monday through Friday and from 6AM - 10AM on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a "Kimpton Get Up + Go" playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine in the comfort of your room. Guests can use their key cards to get their wine pour in Citizen Rail. Visit The front desk for additional details.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking is available for $53.00 per night.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You contact the Front Dial 0 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

In-Room Dining:

  • In-Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery. Place an in-room dining order by calling 303.323.0017.
    • Breakfast: Mon-Fri, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
    • Brunch: Sat-Sun, 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
    • Dinner: Sun-Thu, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Fri-Sat 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center located on the 3rd floor is open 24 hours a day.
