Welcome to Kimpton Hotel Born. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We're continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of Colorado. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we've made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.

Guest Amenity Fees

  • Guest Amenity Fee of $23.00 + tax will be charged per night of your stay and include the following:
    • $10.00 per room, per day credit in Citizen Rail
    • Complimentary access to the Museum of Contemporary Art
    • Complimentary access to the Colorado Athletic Club Union Station
    • Complimentary printing services (up to 50 pages)

Signature Kimpton Programs:

  • Where can I find coffee in the morning?
    • A coffee maker can be provided upon request.
  • Morning Kick-Start will feature a “Kimpton Get Up + Go” playlist
  • Evening Social Hour will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room. Visit the front desk for additional details.
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.

Parking Services:

  • Valet parking will be available beginning October 15th, for $53.00 per night. The closest self-parking option is the garage adjacent to the hotel called Park Union Station. Their parking fees begin at $39.00 per night per 24 hours.

Housekeeping Services:

  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. You contact the Front Dial 0 to request delivery at any time including our “Forgot It, We Got It” items such as a toothbrush or razor.
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities. Learn more about Kimpton's Approach to Clean.

Minibar:

  • In need of a snack or a cold drink? Stop by the front desk to purchase a variety of mini-bar items from our pop-up bodega.

Dining Services:

  • Grab and Go items are available for purchase daily from Citizen Rail. Place an order ahead of time or stop by the restaurant to order with a host.
  • Citizen Rail is open for Breakfast, Brunch, Happy Hour and Dinner View Hours and Menus.

In-Room Dining:

  • In Room Dining is available for guest room contactless delivery for Breakfast, Brunch and Dinner Place an in-room dining order by calling 303.323.0017.

Concierge Services:

  • Looking for ice? It is available on floors 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12.

Fitness Center:

  • The fitness center is open with social distancing guidelines.
  • Local Gym Passes are available to the Colorado Athletic Club Union Station
