Engagement party
The question has been popped. Now it's the champagne's turn. Kimpton Hotel Born offers a trio of venues — indoors and out — to celebrate your engagement. Our Nordic Terrace breathes fresh air into your party with an expansive second-floor deck and city views for up to 75 guests. Inside, choose between the Copper Foyer (up to 75 guests) and the Willow Foyer (up to 60 guests), both offering natural light and contemporary rustic flair. Wherever you gather, our "Bubble Car" beverage station gives your guests tasty ways to toast your togetherness.
Bridal Luncheons/Showers
Brides hold a special place in our hearts, and we go out of our way to show our affection — beginning with lovely venues where your friends can share your excitement. Our Ridge Boardroom combines modern warmth and natural light for a cozy celebration with up to 6 of your besties. The Copper Foyer is awash with natural light and can host up to 75 guests. If you prefer sunshine and open air, our Nordic Terrace is ideal for up to 75 guests. All three options are subject to delicious food from Chef Christian Graves of our own Citizen Rail restaurant. Let the bridal bliss begin!
Rehearsal Dinner
If practice makes perfect, we're all for rehearsals. Especially when afterward you can look forward to a sumptuous dinner with us. We charm you with variety: five kinds of salads, five entrees, our Brewery & Vine package plus creative dessert options. Something for everyone. Choices abound for your venue, too. The second-floor Copper Ballroom with 12-foot ceilings hosts up to 110 for dinner. Or the Kenosha Ballroom on the third floor, welcomes up to 60. Our private outdoor Nordic Terrace treats you and up to 60/100 guests to meals and mingling al fresco.
Ceremony
Two of the most important words you'll ever utter deserve a worthy setting. At Kimpton Hotel Born, we offer a pair of beautiful places to say "I do." Walk down a dramatically long aisle in our Après Foyer, with equally dramatic 12-foot ceilings, views of the city and capacity for 160 guests. For those who wish to invite Mother Nature to the big event, the outdoor Nordic Terrace is for you. Up to 75 guests can witness your magnificent moment under blue skies or a bajillion stars.
Wedding Reception
You're a newly minted married couple — it's time to celebrate! Kimpton Hotel Born gets the party going with ambience, cuisine and toast-worthy beverages. From breezy receptions on our Nordic Terrace (75 guests) to natural light-laden soirees in the Après Foyer (150 guests) to full-on festivities in our rustic-elegant Aspen Ballroom (200 guests), you and your wedding revelers will be charmed. Of course, fabulous fare is part of the package. Think grilled New York strip or quinoa-stuffed Portobello mushrooms, for example. Top-shelf cocktails, select wines and local brews round out the menu for a wedding reception as elevated as the Mile High City itself.
Farewell Brunch
Nobody wants this glorious weekend to end. Linger a bit longer over a farewell brunch with family and friends. Three venues at Kimpton Hotel Born suit the occasion perfectly: our second-floor Copper Foyer and third-floor Willow Foyer each welcome up to 50 brunch guests with simple, cozy design panache. Or dine in the open air on our Nordic Terrace with up to 60 guests. Choose between two brunch menus: "Sparkling Send Off" (mimosa bar, anyone?) and "Easy Like Sunday Morning," featuring irresistible chorizo breakfast burritos.
