Meet the Chef
Originally from New Jersey, Chef di Cucina Ian Wortham started his career cooking in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. In 2004, he attended Ithaca College, where he studied photography. His passion for the Culinary Arts brought him to Colorado, where he was formally trained at Johnson and Wales University. Chef Wortham joined the Frasca Food and Wine team in 2012 as a line chef and worked his way up to Chef di Cucina by summer of 2015. After many trips to Italy, he brings a deep understanding of Italian culture and cuisine, inspiring a menu that is truly Italian.
